Lovely welcoming upon arrival. A pleasant, smiling receptionist very quickly made a check-in, issued tokens for a welcome drink and helped save food for my wife's trip to Kyiv tomorrow. The room is normal and almost fully equipped. Breakfast is the usual buffet, no frills, but good. I was struck by the parking - it is free and is located right in front of the hotel on the strip that divides the avenue into two parts. You just have to be lucky and find a place there.

The room was clean and cozy. Enough of fresh, clean towels, but most importantly, the room had a bath. We enjoyed it. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is located in quiet, respectable district, in close proximity to all the important transport connections.

Friendly staff. Good size, clean and comfortable rooms. Our room on 7th floor had great view over the city. Good location just outside Umwelt zone, so you do not need a green sticker to access by car. Explore the downtown with public transport as an underground station is within 5 min walk from the hotel. Easy overnight parking in the sidestreet.

The location is perfect for someone arriving at the central bus station late at night, about 5 minutes walk. The receptionist was friendly and delighted knowing my name, which is Arabic. Check in was not complicated, got my room key real quick after filling out a form. Fifth floor, elevator was quick enough. Room was spacious and clean. Even got a bottle of mineral water for free. Toilet was also spacious and clean. View of the Kaiserdamm was not bad, but being that high, you can also get a bit of a view of Berlin's west side.

The room was clean and tidy. Around the hotel there's a few good places to eat for reasonable prices.

The staff is amazing. Hotel is 24/7 open with staff. Location is great and kebabs nearby are the best I ever eaten in my entire life.

A very nice room, with a good view. Hotel has a good location, not too far from the train station. There are some good restaurants and grocery shops in the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable,

I liked the room with a cosy style and the way that the staff was friendly. Surely, I will come back and enjoy my staying. It was easy to arrive to the hotel by taxi and the public transport.

Excellent staff attitude. Features that I wrote about when registering and booking a room are taken into account. The man at the reception is patient and understanding. Convenient accommodation.
